My heart starts racing, my muscles tense, my brow furrows, my upper lip twitches, my nostrils flare, my elbow and knee joints feel like there is a strange pressure in them, my skin feels hot, my breathing becomes deep and deliberate, and I feel an internal, almost irresistible urge to smash and destroy, to scream and harm.
Thanks for this!
