Hopefully someone has some advice for me. Last night a specific situation involving a person who is close to me casued me to errupt into a total fit of rage (I have anger management issues). He said a few things that really hit a nerve and then never responded to my questions. At that point I was so angry that I didn't even care if I ever saw him again. When I woke up I was just as angry with him and then of course I see him at work. He just walks in my office like nothing happened and tells me that I'm not very nice to him so I said and your an a**hole so I gues we're even. Now he's pissed cause he didn't think that was called for, personally I do. Anyway I'm even more pissed off now and can't concentrate on my work. I don't know what to do about it. Please help. Thanks.

He "Hooked" you into his anger game. This how he controls people. He is emotionally savey. He knows how to get to you. If he was wiser he would have answered your questions.
Thanks for this!

When I was depressed, an incident like that would come up in my mind again and again and again and again and again and even more than that. I was like that most of my life, actually, but recently I have found a way to just not feel such things if I don't want to. It's such a relief!

This just me.
Don't get involved with people at work.
It just complicates life.
I have done it.
For me, with my mental issues, it was always a disaster.
That's just me.

My thought is I agree. Keep things peaceful wherever you can.
