Last night my boyfriend broke an important promise to me. There hasn't been time to talk about it, and I'm so sad and anxious this morning. I've been awake since 5am, crying on and off and shaking all over. Sleep was practically nonexistent last night, so I know that's part of why I feel so crappy right now. I want to go to sleep, but I don't know how to distract myself enough to let that happen. :-(

I am helped by going online and googling different topics that reflect where I am right now and then read the helpful information I find. Sad , broken , hurt , whatever the struggling you can find help. Hope things go better for you.
