I am new here and have posted one new thread before about why I am here and what struggles I have been living with. I try to look on the bright side of life, but lately I have been emotionally overloaded. I tend to keep things to myself and I struggle with talking to people face to face. I am hoping by giving and receiving feedback, I can grow with courage and strength to step out in my own relationships. There's so much that is unknown and that is a major difficulty in my life... I want to find answers to my problems and improve my life right away, but I know that growth takes time. I have been depressed before and I do not want to fall that far down again. I have a sensitive soul and feel people's hurts and my own hurts very strongly. I have so many thoughts going on in my mind and there's so much that I would like to say, but end up keeping to myself. I have been searching for some light and truth, and for me that lies with God. But beyond faith or belief or religion, I feel like nothing else fills me with any sort of hope. So I am hoping someone or something from this website will start me on the right track to feeling free from so many emotions.

Greetings Friend,
You have a long journey ahead of
you,and it is all inside (which is thee longest).
Though mine is not finished,I have a head start on
you,so I thought you may like to get following
book as 'emotional lifebelt', I would not be without
it: "Self-Compassion",by Kristin Neff.
Courage To You,
