I wish I had someone to talk to in person about my suicidal ideation. It scares me sometimes, because although it's only hypothetical most days, sometimes the fantasy becomes too close to reality.
It's easy to fantasize about things I could actually do, and that scares me. I want to talk to someone about it without fearing that they'll freak out and institutionalize me or ask me to take meds. All I need is to vent, but there's no way I can tell anyone I know about this.
I'd also like to talk to someone else who does this.

I find PC a good place to vent, I don't really have such thoughts (not persistently), but it's always good to have someone who understands what you're going through.

No one is gonna force you to go on medications or get institutionalized. But if you still fear that, maybe a diary would help?

You scare me too. I don't have any idea what you are going through right now. But man, think about it really hard. Deep thoughts. There's always somebody there for you. There's always people behind you. Ask help, and I think you know that people too.

You aren't alone in how you feel. I don't even know you and I wish you all the best wishes I can muster.
