I have a support group from the Philippines before and I was kicked because I envied one member and somebody in the group triggered my anger.. After I was kicked some members already hated me for some reasons I dont know ..I thought they were my friends.I should have never trusted them

it is really difficult sometimes to become involved in support groups. they can often become cliquey and it is hard to truely become accepted amongst the group. i am sorry you have had this experience.

Hello and welcome!
I hope you find here some interesting input.
I'm new in this subforum but I'm already finding a better understanding about my way to do the things and how I react towards upsetting situations.
