When I do I make things worse. Speaking is alright but when you start emoting all over the place you have definitely lost it. New goal to not give in but control it. It hurts and doesn't change things just poisons your relationship. End up not liking myself even more,

What if when your feeling a strong emotion you allow yourself to feel it, but not let it take control. If you bottle them up then they explode outward and you deny yourself.

That's what I would say. Feel the emotion, think about where it's coming from and tell yoursef it's ok. Emotions are a normal part of being human, even intense emotions. Everyone has them and it's completely fine to allow them to happen. If you need to take a break for a minute before you act on those emotions, that is perfectly fine too. It takes practice, but it does get easier to handle it over time.
