I enjoy hating myself. I have spent a few hours now thinking about what a failure I am. Feels good.

Its easier to do this than to do the hard work to step out and change. I always say that tomorrow i'll do things differently but tomorrow never comes. Well - it comes a little at a time.

Yup, much easier than change. Tomorrow allways seems like a better day to me too.

Time you enjoyed wasting, wasn't wasted.
But if it hurts you (and I'm guessing it does) you may want to consider an alternative. You might enjoy thinking about all the good things you do, and love yourself.

At least you are feeling SOMETHING.
Question:
do you want to continue feeling like crap and hating yourself, or would you like to try feeling a different emotion and simply don't know how to ask?

Because through thick & thin I hated people, events, things, but I never hated myself, and it wasn't easy but I am finally happy.

I won't join a pity party, but you can have the support of many awesome people and make some changes.

I just can't handle I'm a victim and feel sorry for me, come on girl
challenge yourself and join us!

I got it from a radio show where they were talking about their toilet and how it was illegal. I can send you a link if you like.

If you enjoy hating yourself, did you ever ask yourself why you feel like that? Ok, you feel ok with that but still...If you hate yourself, how can you love someone else?
