I totally f*d up. I gave in to SI. I have no idea what emotions I'm feeling or how to tell. All I know is I've wanted to do the bad stuff for days and just let it take hold. Now I have to sit in pdocs waiting room knowing I messed up but I will not tell her. I do not trust it would be ok. I don't really know what to do. I'm really anxious about it but I know I will be stoic.

Always keep in mind that SI is difficult to stop. Everyone who has done it has dealt with the pain of giving in to it. You are not a failure, and you are not a screw up. You fell off the wagon. All you have to do it climb back on and give it another go at staying healthy. Best of luck ((hugs))

T knos about the cutting im honest with her about it. honestly ive no idea how to make it work im not in a very good place right now and cant think too clearly on the issue

Who can you call for help? Where can you go? Here in Colorado we have crisis centers and walk-in clinics as well as mobile crisis units. There is always the emergency at your local hospital if no one can be with you in this time of need.
