At times we worry That we shouldn't feel mad Because we woke up mad. Or we don't feel like talking to anyone.

Sometimes I think we should just feel it. Next time you feel like crying, do it! Find a bathroom or a pillow and do it. Or if you feel mad get in your car and yell! Go to a gym and run/lift weights thinking about how angry you are. Just feel it.

Your daily to do's never go away. You can attack them at anytime of the day, sometimes just take a few moments to yourself, let it out, all of it, and move on.

Hi Butternut

Thank you for sharing your personal opinion with us.

I believe that we all find different ways to relieve our anger.

I love the going to gym - yeah that's usually a great one for me.

[I've never "yelled" in my car when I'm angry - I usually slap on an angry song and SCREAM the lyrics whilst driving ..... oh wait .... that's yelling Oh I love yelling lyrics when I'm angry - just lets all of the frustration out and I feel so much better afterwards]

I would not recommend singing lyrics at top of your voice at traffic lights with your windows down should be used as a strategy by anyone who might feel a bit like they don't want the car that is stopped next to them at the lights to notice you SCREACHING AWAY (I say this from personal experience ]
