Sometimes alcohol, though that's just a fleeting fix and I don't recommend it.
Luckily for me, my work is very physical, lots of exercise is very nourishing for me.
I just wish I'd known that better in my 20's, could've lessened my symptoms perhaps.
Curling up in my favorite pj's with a great book or an entertaining movie, add a couple of chocolates...yummy

Usually I'm stressing because of the work I need to do, whether it's chores around the house, or working on paying projects. Getting started, and seeing progress usually puts me in a much better mindset. Just knowing I have less to do tomorrow is enough to ease my burdens for today.
