I am feeling really guilty right now, I did something, said something, and now I am feeling really bad. I feel that I used someone who was a friend and she helped me out but I feel it was wrong to ask it of her. I will not give details or names for it is painful to think about. I know that she was helping out and it did but I probably should have gotten help in a different way. I need some advice on what to do or how to deal with these emotions. I don't want to lose a friend. I hate to think that I used her even though she agreed to help even with the conditions I set. She did it freely but I am feeling really bad. I want this feeling to go away and hope that I can say the right words to help. I think that she is a good friend for doing this. Help me please. I know that there is not a lot to work with and I am sorry for that but I can't say too much on it. My life's experiences have changed the way I think and feel but it still doesn't feel right as of now. Please help if you can. Thanks

If it doesn't feel right to you than I think you should say something to your friend. Tell them how you are feeling so if nothing else they will know how your truly feel. Honesty is the most important thing in my opinion anyway.

As you have realised your mistake tell every thing to your friend. I am sure she will understand you and will definitely forgive you. At last, honesty is the best policy.
