I need to feel like I achieved something, even if I need to rest. Today I took a mental health day from work and just slept and crashed on the couch. Hell, I had a rough weekend. I needed it. But I also make an important phone call (I hate phone calls) and did some laundry. So I got my much needed break and I don't feel bad about it.

Thanks for the hugs and replies. Had a nap but still not feeling so good. Sent an email to the clinic and am still waiting for a call back from the psychiatrist. He can go get stuffed if he isn't going to return calls regarding medications he's prescribed!
I still don't know whether to try and take more today if I can keep it down. What happens if you take too many or twice in one day? But if I threw it up, it shouldn't count? |
