This winter has me tired. I have slept a lot and i hate it. It's so hard to stay awake. I hope that the temperatures and sunshine will come back and maybe i will be more awake. Has anyone else had this problem? I can't be the only one here with Seasonal Affective Disorder.

Nope, I have it as well. You are not alone !! I am hoping that the presence of the sunshine will help my depression as well.

Last winter was really bad for me. So I purchased a happy light and use it every morning. That has really helped. I try to walk several times a week and also take a vitamin D3.
