I couldn't express myself when I had the job I hated going to b/c I had no power and could be kicked out at any time (rotation/intern type). So finally here is my expression of how I felt in a very sarcastic angry letter thing. Thank you awful preceptor for never hearing me out and making my job miserable. Thank you for not taking any of my critical thinking or problem solving ideas seriously and telling me to just deal with not being able to complete a project.

Thank you for not being understanding when my grandma died and making me come in to work THE DAY AFTER ON A SUNDAY. Thank you for being so selfish that you were worried that you would have to come into work when you didn't want to in order to review me b/c MY GRANDMA DIED. Thank you for making me feel so nervous that I was never sure what to do or where I was. Thank you for making me the telemarketer of the pharmacy so I could get yelled at. Thank you for sending an angry customer to me b/c you messed up and didn't want to deal with it. Thank you for not having responsibility. Thank you for disciplining me when I gave a shot to someone with a mental disability for THE FIRST TIME and struggled at first b/c they thought it was poison. (not b/c I gave it but b/c I had a hard time with it). Thank you for making me feel bad about myself.

Thank you awful coworker who thought they were above everyone even the managers. (they said it aloud so everyone knew). Thank you awful coworker for blaming me and then GETTING CAUGHT. Thank you awful coworker for pushing me aside b/c you needed the computer but I was told to make phone calls AND STILL GOT YELLED AT WTF!

Thank you managers for making me feel like a child b/c I did not get the resources I needed to get the project done so yes it was crap. This last one is not sarcastic - Thank you for school for making them only 5 wks so I never have to go back!!! Thx to all who read this feel free to tell me your anger stories.
Hugs from:

Welcome the world of work! At least you know what to avoid when you are seeking a longer-term job. Unhelpful as it may seem those awful work placement sessions are actually very useful in later life, (you get to see how it should not be done at no long term cost to yourself), so don't be discouraged, learn from it and remember that you did the best you could under difficult circumstances.
