Ok, so there are times that i will be happy, sad, angry and what not. But then there are days where i feel absolutely nothing. those days normally scare me considering when i got into a argument with my mother once before i snapped at her and said a terrible thing, but felt nothing. I don't like these days because I'm generally scared of them. and there happening more frequently than i like.
does anyone else experience this?
Thank you for reading!
Take care~

Lying monsters are a real nuisance: They are much more cunning than others. They pose as humans even though they have no understanding of the human heart; they eat even though they've never experienced hunger; they study even though they have no interest in academics; they seek friendship even though they do not know how to love. If I were to encounter such monsters, I would likely be eaten by them... because in truth, I am that monster.

I have the exact same problem, even started not enjoying things as much as I use to. Getting excited for things rarely happens these days.

Seems like it is hard for us who have been through strong emotions to be able to handle an absence of emotion . Anger or sadness or all the other things we feel are inwardly very occupying. So the absence is uncomfortable. Also, I struggle because sometimes when I am happy something seems to come along and hurt it away. Maybe not feeling feels safer. Who knows but life seems quite hard when you are reeling.
