Lately my emotions have been crazy and all over the place and I'm finding it hard to cope with them some days. This is why I would like to know your ways of coping with emotions so I can possibly find something that could help me out.

Staying busy helps me, too. Sometimes if they get too overwhelming, I use a relaxation app on my phone to help me relax.

I agree, staying busy seems to work best. Reading, playing games like scrabble (that can also be played alone),playing a musical instrument, art work, tending a garden... Hope you find something that helps you feel more balanced and centred
