I could easily rip the damn, ill-fitting thing off and burn it! Isn't it enough that I don't get enough hours at work, am strapped financially, not enough food to eat, a car that's doing the slow death...without a penny to fix it???

I just want a breather...sometimes the little things (couch cover) that just about push me over the edge!

I bought a couch cover "once" ... It's fine if you never want to sit on the couch again. Mine wound up in a few pieces.. one was for under my car. easy way to make sure it wasn't leaking oil or something, the rest became bedding for my dog !

I hope your able to get more hours or maybe a new job altogether.. meanwhile you might want to just put that cover in a closet until your feeling better.

I hope you can catch a break, really soon.

Tell me about it. Yesterday I had my car key locked in the car together with my phone. Then lost my glasses in the woods. Found them after combing through for 2 hours straight.

Crap just happens to me 24/7. You aren't alone.

I do not have couch cover. I have light color couch almost white and I bought life long protection if it is gets filthy they have to come and clean. It costs same as a cover but less headache. Throw f..... Thing away. Can you look for a second job? I work two now so I can pay my bills. I know all of it sucks

Thanks! All your responses made my day...feeling better. I am looking for a full-time job since the part-time one I have now is retail/cashier and my hours are all over the place. As for the couch cover, I just pulled it up and off...b r e a t h e...

Awesome. Screw the couch covers. Life is so damn tough. I work two jobs, plus some other random temporary things. at the end of the school year I worked 70 hours a week and was losing it. my part time job now is in retail too and I never know my schedule. What a commotion every week. I so hear you. Why do other people have it easy

Go ahead tear it up, give to the dog, put the rest under the car! Then be a Crisis Warrior and take care of one thing at a time. I had to replace my car battery this mouth on my own, carry it up the hill and install it myself. It was 110 outside but I did it, and I am proud of it.
