Before I used to complain I couldn't feel any regular emotions just loneliness, hurt and depression but after going through all the stuff I'm going through with breakups, exs, family and people ganging up on me all the time I'm kinda starting to miss numbness...

Yes, sometimes numbness over feelings is a good thing. We can get overloaded with stress causing our feeling to run amok. Take time to rest and relax and I hope it gets easier for you.

Think of getting some support for yourself. You should not be bullied by those people.

Thank you guys. I calmed down a little bit since them. I'm still trying to try new strategies for this. I talked to my social worker and it made me feel better

Some people say I have a cold heart, because I don't show emotions in front of people, but when I'm on my own, I have emotions in double size! It sucks sometimes, but it works for me! Find out what works for you!
