How many times do you say "I" while thinking?

Its very easy to say
"I am sad,"
"I can't take it anymore"
"I wish things were different,"

We can be so selfish in our own head with our own feelings, but why?

Because we own these thoughts. We do not have the same problem that a starving child has or the woman that is getting beat from her boyfriend.

We know how and what our feelings are. That is why we have "I" in front of all of our sentences.

We own our feelings, the feelings that challenge us daily. We own I.

This "I" can take away real life though. Focusing on "I" can torture your daily life.

Feel your feeling, your torture, and let it be. Let go of "I" through out your day. Focus on life.
