I'm in alot of physical pain and emotional pain. I am too overwhelmed to explain. I need help now and not 911 or my therapist. I don't know what can help. I just been hyperventilating alot and my chest and head are constantly throbbing. It started around later in the day. I had this overwhelming feeling or just reliving a hellish experience now. I wish the pain would stop now.

Try grounding yourself with progressive muscle relaxation. Go through your body from your toes up and clench each muscle as hard as you can twice. The second time picture the muscles going completely limp. Focus all your energy on relaxing those muscles and releasing all the tension into the world. It will help you calm down so you can deal with whatever it is you're going through. I'm sorry you are having a rough time. Please go to the ER if you need to.

I was crying mainly from the pain emotionally and physically from it, but I had ibuprofen and it helped. I was able to fall asleep. I don't feel any better, but I'm happy I fell asleep.

You need to see a doc. No one needs to suffer in so much pain for months!

Sometimes you have to keep calling your doctor, ask for a referral for a new doctor, or just make an appointment. If you haven't been to the ER yet you should try. I know it's extremely frustrating. You feel so alone and neglected. You are hurting but no one will listen. I had back surgery in March, and it was a piece of cake compared to what I went through before it. Sometimes all you can do is cry it hurts so bad. Keep reaching out, sooner or later someone will take responsibility and help you. Don't try to be brave when you see your doctor.
