So, i told the girl i like about my feelings about her. She said she's not ready for a relationship and she doesnt want to ruin our friendship. And i cant just stop crying ever since that. We still talk, but it feels so weird when i know she cant be mine. She's in the same class as me, means i see her every day, which makes it harder to move on. I too, wanna keep our friendship, but i need to move on and get over this feeling.. How do I?

Be assured these strong feelings you have about this today will not last forever.
Take a moment and think about what would you say to your best friend if he was going through this exact scenario. Then practice this compassion and advice onto yourself.
Accept what is, because resistance only brings more pain.
Exercise self-care - a strong dose of it - every day!!
Learn what you can from the relationship and pat yourself on the back for walking away from this stronger!
You have the choice to make the meaning you want out of this experience, make the meaning count - for good
It's lovely you can still be friends.
