I'm dissapointing easily for every thing im doing wrong, then feeling total useless and want hide from everyone, fear of failure its hard to beat. Then falling in depression for long time till i find something positive.

Yesterday when i tried to park my new car i scratch a bit the wheel rim, next second i felt like a moron.

Be proud that you can afford a new car. Be happy you did not total it. You are doing well!
Thanks for this!

I know exactly how you feel. I'm my own worst critic and constantly feel like a disappointment to myself.

You can and should forgive yourself for mistakes. What's done is done and you can't undo it. Make amends where you can and put the rest down to experience. First and foremost be kind to yourself.

I deal with this every day. I constantly have to be my own one-man positive thinking seminar. 😕
