Just trying to figure out an emotion that I can't quite understand. I wrote a detailed journal entry soon after experiencing this one, so it may help provide some insight if anyone knows what the emotion being described is. I am marking the pasted journal entry as a trigger just in case.
Possible trigger:
Any suggestions on what this emotion is? And possible causes? This has been perplexing me for the past year. Thanks for the help. ![]() |

Your cousin is playing as nasty game of Kick Me with you. He wants you to get angry at him. He want your attention. The more angry you get, the happier he will be. He feels he has good control over you. Best to know that you are being controlled. How much do you want him to control you? Time to stand your ground with him. Time for you to take control of this situation. You will then feel much better.

Not the cousins fault. He just wanted to keep busy and probably didn't even think that the sound of the ball could be heard through the walls just like my grandma. The problem would have happened regardless. I was only concerned of the emotion that usually happens once every month. Maybe I should have left out the trigger. It wasn't his fault, and he wasn't doing anything to try and get someone angry at him. If I would have showed him that I was angry, he most likely would have stopped, but that would have gone against my grandma's wishes. I know my cousin well enough to know that he wasn't doing that.
