It's just always been that way. Ever since I was a child whatever emotion I had I brought it to an extreme. I think I am just wired that way. I've been in some kind of therapy for over 40 yrs. My emotions are cutting back somewhat due to the fact that I'm too tired and drained. Sometimes I just feel numb.

Well, continuously blue, I'm in my mid 60's now & I also often feel like I'm just too tired to deal with it anymore. Allot of the time, I'm just in a state I refer to as: "dull normal". But then there are other times when I feel like I just can't stand this another minute. So maybe there is some value to getting old. Aging just wears us down...
