Does anyone have a list of emotions and what they feel like?

Like:
Anger you want to break something or hit someone
Sad you want to cry

Or know where I can find something like this? I know I have to feel more emotions than 2 I just don't know what to call them.

Thanks, those help some. I'm still looking for something that explains exactly what your feeling tho, not the effects on the body. Tho I will take that wheel to therapy with me this week and we can figure out a way to set up something for me...
