Don't know what to say. Don't know why I can't stop crying.
I just want to hide. So I am reaching out.
I don't want to bother anyone I know.
I don't know what's wrong with me.
this is so overwhelming

it's ok to cry. just cry until you can't. and maybe take a nap after, drink some water.

what happened that made you cry?

I'm so sorry you feel this way :/
Thanks for this!

I really don't know what the crying is all about. I cry about bad things that happen to others, I cry about expectations, I cry about not being "able" to do what I think I ought to, I cry about animals and their pain....I feel really fragile and child like...taking one little thing at a time trying to keep my mind in the imediate present so I don't start crying again. Took a walk into nature. that was soothing and I felt comfort but I also cried there. rested. drank water like suggested, ...feel more stable today and cautiously optomistic. I went to church and worshiped, listened, laughed with my friend, sang at choir practice and am doing ok. Watched two very moving movies...miracles there. going to bed now. thank you my kind, friendly comrads.

Glad you are feeling better. It's ok to feel like crying and to cry when you feel that way.

You are not alone.
Thanks for this!
