Hello unconditional52: I send warm thoughts your way with the hope that you will be able to find that better way...

What would be a proper place for your emotions? Just curious, I know that feeling...

I've been completely moody and been torn in a lot of emotional directions, good and bad. I'm not sure how healthy it is, but when I get exhausted from the moodiness and stress, which has been a lot lately, I sleep or do something mind numbing like an engaging tv series. Then it doesn't seem as overwhelming for me.
Thanks for this!

I am having a hard time regulating myself - especially when it comes to my irritability. I am highly reactive to those and what is around me. I am flip flopping between a renewed hope, being irritated and the disappointment of things and people. It's not that I seem to be hyper aware of things (which might suggest the early signs of hypomania), it's just that I am feeling reactive to that which I would have usually ignorred. I am usually painfully nonconfrontational. This week I have been vocal about the wrongs I am seeing.
