Hey, Pianogirlplays , life sucks. how well can I put it? ^^ It just takes some effort to escape the bottomless pit of quicksand, and after that you're free. When you fall back in, get out again, and try to avoid these pits of challenges that will foil your life. This will only from day-to-day, and soon you'll have your life managed. That's what I'm learning how to do still, so I hope you'll fare better~ <3

Can I hold your hand and we can take a giant leap together?

I am definitely not coping well these days. THis is a time of year I am reminded of great personal loss. Add to that the loss of a romance, and crumbling of a relationship with my daughter, and I am having a great deal of trouble coping. Factor in now the beginning of the holiday season (I am a sucker for the punishment of watching seasonal sappy movies) and I am at a real low. I have even begun to scratch myself as I wallow in my misery.

Lack of activity is my enemy.

My counsellors are doing their best to get me out of the home.

Are you working? Do you have family? Do you have activities that get you out of the house? Are you able to distract yourself?
Thanks for this!

I try to stay busy. It is the pain of negative thoughts that hurts. I think regrets that I break my diet. I have contact with my kids but we have struggled so. My husband and I have a divided history. The bads are bads and the goods are good. I came from a divided and sometimes angry home. I have seen it play out in my life. This hurts!

I think I agree. Taking time to heal can help.
