Sorry you are dealing with a med issue.
I gave mine up, but I don't recommend that to anyone. You need to discuss it with your doctor(s).
Hope you feel better soon!
Thanks for this!

How long have you been on these meds. It could be that you have yet to adjust to them. But yes, some meds work differently from people to people. Give your psychiatrist's office a call. They should be able to fit you in for just such an emergency. If that doesn't work, visit the emergency room. They can stabilize your meds for you as well.

For example: I have aquaintances who get zonked out on as little as 25mg of Seroquel yet I tolerate 300mg quite well.
Thanks for this!

Everyone here understands this. I went through that for years. One day hopefully soon the Dr's will get you adjusted. Hang in there.
Thanks for this!

Were your meds changed recently, Aviza? Either a new med or a changed dosage? When's you next appt with pdoc? I know that most of us have been there and if your can work with your docs things generally improve.

My meds and I took nearly six months to get everything fine-tuned; during that time I was seeing pdoc often bi-weekly, other times monthly or weekly--always within a day if an emergency.

If you've been dealing with these side effects at a serious level for longer than a week, I'd definitely call your doc's office. Best wishes and healing thoughts.

Hi Aviza. YES YES, I totally agree with what everyone has said, please try and get to see your Dr/Psych Dr as soon as possible. As Roads said, it can indeed take quite sometime to get settled on new or increased meds BUT, in your case it sounds as though you are in far too much discomfort. rcat also stated that whilst some people can take a high MG of a drug, others can't tolerate hardly anything. I too take 300mg Seroquel, yet a friend here is zonked out on 25mg, strange I know.
I hope you can get this matter addressed asap. Take care. XXXXXXXXXXXXX
