I'm not taking meds, I actually feel normal on my own! It's great! Even my therapist thinks I look great! She suggested I don't need to even go anymore. Also suggests I allow myself to work through my feelings and emotions naturally, without the aid of medication, as she doesn't see it as a viable need any longer.

There was a time I really needed help, and thankfully I was able to receive that help. But now I'm kind of disbelief I made it through my emotional overload on my own for the most part. I really feel good these days, and I'm fully appreciative of those feelings.
