Affirm yourself in this time until maybe something changes, that is all you can do...Hopefully there is a support person, find someone if it is just on here to attached yourself too, even if they don't know it it can mean a lot and help with the not alone feeling. Ultimately that is what we suppose to do also so that we won't look for that in people...An important thing I learned along the way in my journey to healing.....If your not quite there, then it might become a topic in your therapies or just a realization.

Okay Fallen, now you have defined your new boundaries start making new ones. Go out and get involved in support groups, volunteer work, anything to give you the structure you so much desire and deserve... proud of you... now move forward! Blessings and tc
