Ok. So, I'm frustrated, maybe anxious; I am to the point of tears. I don't know why. I want something amazing to happen. (Ex: for me, a man I like somehow sweeping me off my feet, flirting with someone attractive who likes me, idk). I'm frustrated it won't. I look at myself and see someone worthless though. I don't believe I can be found and saved. I'm keyed up, yet exhausted just because being me is tiring. I'm trying to pinpoint this. Nothing is "happening" and I already worked out, had coffee, I can't see the "little things." What is this? Ideas.

Once again I find myself recommending CBT program. It can do wonders for one's negative core beliefs and forging alternative positive thoughts. CBT aids in the improvement of one's sense of worth. If finding a program is difficult or out of your means, there are some great workbooks out there.
