After feeling bad for few days, I was feeling weirdly So happy and relaxed yesterday out of nowhere lol. Wasn't drunk or ate anything wrong. Well it was a really good feeling after everything i've been through till now. I had fun and enjoyed it in everything i did yesterday.
Sadly it only lasted for 1 day, somehow today i feeling meh, a bit sad tbh out of nowhere. Nothing bad happened but i just feeling so.
Doesn't really matter but i just wondering why. This is my first time feeling like my emotion switched like this.

that is weird because i'm like that too, out of nowhere a good mood will last a whole day, then as soon as it passes, the next day is back to my usual self for unknown reasons.
Thanks for this!

Your healing, and healing takes time and is not instant. Thus your feelings will be mixed as you heal.
Thanks for this!

Thunder bow you are absolutely right
I'm in the same situation
After been bulled for almost two years I'm in a recovery chapter right now, some days I'm feeling high in energy and others low, sometimes enthusiastic and others pessimistic. And I can understand why ... Is like the feeling of fear is more intese some days than others. The time when I was bullied changed my life, now that I'm free of that, I need to re build my life and I'm trying to do it one step at the time ...
