Well i am proud of me because i made real progress with my anxiety and shyness and self esteem also .But when i am in a group of people and i prepare for a speach i blushing like an idiot ,i am not a shy man and i have confidence in me but in the past i was shy but seems that i am programet to shy to come back to me in important moments and i hate this .

Sounds like you have done a great job working on your anxiety, shyness, and self-esteem goals!! I don't think you should be too concerned about the blushing. Everyone does it at times, some of us more than others. lol, then we blush even more because we know we are blushing.
