I have always felt like I have 2 different sides in me. Like for example, if I got in fight with anyone, my first reaction would be, "why are people always so selfish?" but then the next second I would think that it's probably my fault because I'm useless, not wanted, etc. It's like sometimes I can be completely heartless and doesn't care about anything but my own happiness but the other time I sacrifice my own happiness for people I care about. Sometimes I just want to say, "Screw it! Who cares what people say." But then sooner or later I always think of the consequences or the effects that might affect the people around me. It's confusing. I don't get it.

That's one of the problems of mental illness, changing moods for no rhyme or reason. Just hang in there and try to keep your compassion for others.

To have a good life, one must BE good!
Which does not mean one must be soft.
Aim for self-respect,which opens door to self-love.

Make 2 considerations. What is the evidence people are being selfish and what is the evidence you deserve this
