Tomorrow is my brother's birthday. Saturday my family likely meet for a nice lunch. Sunday mom emails telling me she's coming to get my car because I haven't paid her. That's my brother's influence. I respond with lenders are more leniant.

Anyway my heart hurts. When your own family turns against you what do you have?

I decided not to even acknowledge his birthday. I'm sure they won't acknowledge my daughter's next week much like he forgot to invite my son to his wedding.

What about the car? This seems over the car.

It's not about the car. Mom says two weeks to pay up or she takes it. I have enough going on in life I don't need their aggrviation. I did text brother a birthday wish. Just sent bank notice saying close account. I'm done trying to work with them. Still applying overdrafts. Took my 2 week paycheck and left me broke. Added more overdrafts making it another 300 negative. Basically doubling even tripling the charges that were overdrawn.

Attempting to sign up with uber. Day job still going well. Trainer on vacation this week. I was informed. The next training group larger than number of desks in room. Yikes. I suggested they have them team up into pairs. But they may lose a few by the time they hit computers. A girl from our group was fired yesterday. The pretty one from our group exceeded goal I'm just shy of goal, 1 day left to make it happen.

Weekends are hardest for me. Everyone has lives my family leaves me out of theirs snd I'm all alone.

Why are you all alone when you said you have kids? You have two? Are they grown up? So is it moms car? Why aren't paying her? Or getting your own car? I know it sounds mean that she demands money but she doesn't have to let you drive for free. Do you work full time? Pick a second job to avoid overdrafts. I work two jobs.

Yes, I'm still stuck on this car issue. Paying for it ought to be a major responsibility. Are you spending money on other things when it should be the priority. Would it be more economical to take the bus? I do. It was dreadful at first; I found it humiliating, but I am so very glad I did. It was the answer to solving my budget problems. I can now even address my debt.

I understand your mother's aggravation. I ask, would you ignore your payments if it was to a creditor.

There are associations which offer free money advice. Get their help to make up a budget. These people will also act as a go-between when it comes to contacting your creditors. They can negotiate on your behalf better terms on interest, etc. They can also help you consolidate your debt into one single loan with a bank at significantly less interest. In some cases they can act as an overseer of your spending (I didn't need their permission to make purchases but I had to turn in every single receipt over a year period. It made me very reluctant to make spontaneous and poor shopping decisions).

My mom cosigned my loan than took it over by refinancing me out of it. I get no credit paying her as I would have paying the loan before. Than she changed my due date to correspond to rent. I can't do it all in the same paycheck. And hits me up with this expecting compliance. I'm pissed she didn't discuss any of this with me. Just did it.

I'm going to drive for uber. Approved just getting car ready and I'll start.
