So on Saturday, I got to see my favorite band as well as 2 other bands who were really good as well! I went with my friend, we were both very exicted! Somehow my friend had a few other friends show up, at first we were in the very back, but before the show started of our favorite band(the first band was done playing), I had the idea of sneaking up to the front of the stage. We didn't get to the very front, but we were really close to the stage! So, about her friends, we ran into them and they had extra room on their row for us to sit, but honestly we stood the whole time. It was alot of fun! The next day after the concert, I was feeling "depressed" like, "oh it's over now, and they aren't coming back to my town until sometime next year." Like I loved seeing them so much, it was like a dream come true, and my friend and I were both jumping up, and singing along and 2 of the members actually noticed us! I'm just wondering, is it normal to feel depressed after a show? Bonus question- Have you ever felt like this too after seeing a band you really like?

Well I don't feel this way about music but for me it is about the intense rush I feel after an outdoor activity in the wilderness (kayaking, tough hike, etc). I sometimes feel a real downer once the adrenaline subsides. And yes, in the vacuum I have felt depression.

it's like a letdown after all the excitement. It's normal.
