Can anyone else relate..
This seems strange for me, because usually I have more control

I think this intensified after I went to work with an estranged relative for many months. He turned out to be a rageaholic, with severe anger management problems, which often were directed at me. The hostile and anxious environment I was in for so long caused me to become more hopeless and more angry and defensive with people

i think on one hand i became stronger as a person.. but i am also getting angry at my friends more. maybe due to feeling betrayed in that scenario.. or maybe a combination with my depression and intense grief Ive been suffering.

It can be something someone says, and it just sets me off...
and this has been a bit of an ongoing thing, and im just trying to understand it

I havent been in therapy recently, even though ive desperately needed to, because i didn't have insurance..
and i think a lot of things have built up

I'd like to hear other peoples experiences, insights and advice..

Hm-m-m-m... well... the Skeezyks is pretty-much hates everything & everybody... beginning with himself. I think I've always felt this way to some extent. But the older I get, the worse it gets. I just keep to myself & try to stay out of other people's way...
Thanks for this!

You don't have another place to let loose your anger at your relative. You would definitely benefit from therapy so you can sort out your feelings.

I have felt the same way lately.I know it is because I have more responsibilities than I feel I can handle sometimes.Everyone thinks I am strong and show great confidence which most of the time I feel confident but inside I always feel I can be better. With that said i get angry when others do not care or seem to care how they act.An example would be driving...the way people run red lights, don't use turn signals, etc makes me ANGRY.
You are not alone but talking about it helps.I have a therapist.
Good luck!
