I can't get going. For over a year now so I feel guilty. When I try to get up and do something I feel more tired. I'm depressed but I feel guilty of being depressed..

Feeling guilty may be part of your depression. Seek some help if your depression is overwhelming.

I know that feeling. I too feel guilty for feeling depressed, I always feel that no matter what I do it's not enough which further depresses me. What I find helpful is starting with little things that garner affirmations. Affirmations of my efforts make me feel less depressed and actually happy for some time. Try with something small that will give you gratification and go bigger from there.

I get that way often.I find if I start with something small like making a cup of tea or making my bed I will feel good that I accomplished that and will do something else.
Good luck!
