Hi. I just wanted to share that I am having a hard time quitting something I really need to quit. I do feel like i'm on a merry go round and it won't stop long enough for me to get off. It's like I know what to do, but for some reason I keep on suffering and won't take action to stop it. Thanks for letting me vent.
Hugs from:

I try to visualize in mind daily how I would feel if I quit. I more positive details I can imagine about the benefits of changing, the stronger the motivation to stop until it really happens - it seems to work that way for me sometimes.

I am pulling for you.
