I'm really worked up but unfortunately am at work so I am very limited in what I can do for self care. Basiclly, I just need to vent. I don't really need any other self care than writing atm. If you want to lend an ear, you can.

Well, writing out that post did the trick. I felt remarkably calmer and more centered afterword and was able to go back to focusing on my work successfully. I guess I just needed to express what I was feeling.
