Title says it all. I just feel like i want to vent but idk how and where. I always bottled up everything but at this point i can't hold it inside anymore.
I don't want to bother my bf with my ***** but the is the only one who can understand. I did tell my closest friend too but i still feel this heavy feeling inside my chest and mind 😂
Can't do something i usually do to calm down because electricity problem atm.

I can't tell my family about this because the problem is about them and they are just toxic for me. Family is dysfunctional anyway so no point.

Best to get things off your chest. Be it your boyfriend, family, or therapist.

If you feel like you have no one to speak to about a problem, or that talking to someone isn't enough, feel free to vent it all here. It can be much easier than talking to someone you know face to face, since you can write and post it any way you want and you can get a lot of people to give advice and support you. I think that is what you may need; a lot of people to listen to you venting so you can let go of it fully and feel refreshed.

Explain the problem, express how you feel and what you think. You won't bother anyone, and I'm sure many people here would love to hear you out.

You're right, thanks. But sometimes its hard for someone else to understand then i end up hesitating like; should i tell someone else or not? Would this bother them?
Heh maybe it seems like overthinking haha

Haha no problem. I completely understand what you mean. Just give it a go and don't overthink it. You'll never know if you don't try, what's to lose right?
I hope it goes well for you.
