This year i went for a journey to portugal where i met my cousins and i feel absolutely heartbroken that i can't be near them. For i live in australia and my cousin's live in portugal. i have been feeling sick all day from the anxiety. I already vomited this morning from the anxiety and i took a wafer for nausea. i am wondering if there is any technique to cope with being so far from my family. Also, i have been drinking heaps of water but my mouth tastes extremely salty and no matter how much i drink the saltiness stays there. i think i may see the doctors about my gut health...

It is difficult to live so far from family. Find distractions where you are. They will help you get past the loneliness of being away from your family. Maybe even get a pet to keep you company. Give yourself time to grieve.
