This is something subconscious and its bad because it's destroying my opportunity. I always pick the pessimistic option when I'm trying to choose opportunity. I always think based on defensive perspective. I'm always anxious on everything and never progress on my skills, School, and work life. I need to change my habit before entering the work force! I don't deserve a miserable life like this. I'm much more valuable person then this. Besides I can use my potential and contribute the the society more efficiently then myself right now. But, I want to know the techniques to begin right now! My current habit is self destructive. It is causing unnecessary stress leading to verieous of issues including medical ones such as spontaneous hearing loss and gastric ulcer.

I want to stop self destructive habit now and follow my ambition!!

Haha, same here [in fact some days, unfortunately, I pride myself on it kotaha14, which isn't very good]. But google 'how to be more positive' and I'm sure you'll find a whole bunch of different ideas to help you. Here's something already: 9 Ways To Be More Positive

Good luck. You're on the right path.
