I have a weird problem that I don't know where to look for help. I will do something and if it turns out bad,I'll blame myself a lot and then see the right way to do it. Then in about 6 months,I'll do the exact mistake in the wrong way again. It is like I haven't learned at all and I am academically very smart person.

Now my whole life seems like repeating the same mistakes again and again. These are all small everday things like buying a wrong size clothing again ,even though I have bought the wrong sized one earlier and had to return it back or donate the clothing. I can't figure it out and is very frustrating!

Well, it's one thing to realize you've made a mistake and want to learn from it, sure, but it's another thing to actively remember when the situation presents itself again. Effort of will.
Thanks for this!
