Just want to let the world know I am blue and a little worried Things will work out though. It will be alright. I know. Have faith. Believe I can do it. Do your best each day and don't worry about anything else.
Ok maybe I'm a lot blue but not crying anymore. Was on the verge of tears all day. Always exhausted and overwhelmed. So lame. Emotions. Had a glimps of happy go be successful feeling. I don't know what I want or need. Someone tell me. Wave a wand. Make me a new person. Get rid of the loser label. The failed label. Anyways not a big deal. |

It'll be okay, hang in there and it'll pass, you'll see. Try not to give yourself too hard a time mentally though, it can feed the old depressions. Just keep pursuing whatever goals you have, big or small, you don't need to justify yourself to anyone. Look life in the eye, look people in the eye, you're as valid as any human being in this world and I do say that with compassion. All the best.
