I am not having a good day here at abbl. In fact, my emotional state is on hyper alert and I'm feeling beyond stressed.

Do some relaxing stuff.
I usually do these things to destress: draw, cook, bake, read, or make lists.
Making lists helps me a lot because it allows me to schedule things or make a to-do list, so I can see what all I need to do and realize it isn't that much. Sometimes I just make lists of my favorite things or things I like about myself (confidence booster). I hope you feel better soon.
