I really want to thank my wife for helping me through my anxiety and trying to live more in the moment, but I can't seem to get the words to come out of my mouth. She puts up with my mood swings and she deserves to hear this. Why can't I just say it? Probably doesn't help that I'm an introvert.

A card would be nice----you could basically write what you have written here.

I like the card idea. I'm sure it would mean a lot to her.

Well... I did it. I told her. And her response was so sweet. She said that we're not perfect. We all have our issues and that's why she loves me. I'm a lucky guy, I guess
