So today ive just been upset i was watching Christmas specials on netflix and my little sister whose 18 comes and just turns it so i kept turning the x box off she put her hand on me to stop me from turning it off so i pinned her down and she pulled my hair till my mom and let her. Get away with it i was so mad i feel like they side with her cause they havent known how to deal with her in the past so they give up.shes spoiled.my mom told id miss her if she was gone and yeah i agree though i said something else out of anger but it doesn't excuse what she's done.the second reason i was angry is because i told someone something personal about me who i knew and i got no response after the guy is a serious flake but when he said he struggled to i figured my secrets couldn't be worse i got blown off i think. Finally my best friend lives in ohio im in cali but she never picks up when i call its not just with me its everyone.her excuse is she just forgot.she forgot after i called her for a whole week. Today i called to say merry Christmas eve and she didnt answer she sent text finally saying she was with his family couldn't answer at the time text i said you couldn't have picked up and told me she said she wasnt near the phone so i told her she was making excuses. and choosing her boyfriend over her friends but i was over it. This all happened today and it wasn't how i intentded to spend Christmas eve

Yeah, it seems like you have some anger issues.. do you see a doctor or therapist?

I can understand your feelings.
There are clear reasons for you to feel angry, but from what I'm hearing you're overwhelmed with anger.
I'm no therapist, but what I can suggest you is to accept your feelings of anger, but deal with the situations in a more controlled manner. That way you will stand up to your feelings, instead of letting your feelings stand for you.
Regardless, a therapist can greatly help!
